Solution
Renew the SMART Aware Toolbar registration.
To renew SMART AwareToolbar registration
1. Close all Office applications and open a Command Prompt. Type the following command and then press ENTER.C:

3. Type the following command and then press ENTER.regsvr32 /u AwareMSOfficeAddin.dllA “DllUnregisterServer in AwareMSOfficeAddin.dll succeeded” message appears.

4. Type the following command and then press ENTER.regsvr32 AwareMSOfficeAddin.dllA “DllRegisterServer in AwareMSOfficeAddin.dll succeeded” message appears, and SMART Aware Toolbar registration is renewed.
5. Start an Office application. If you don’t see the SMART Aware Toolbar, enable it by selecting View >Toolbars > SMART Aware Toolbar toolbar.
